Welcome to St Albans Early Learning Center

St Albans Early Learning Centre Philosophy

The Australian formative days learning and development framework is embraced by St Albans Early Learning Centre. We want to be certain that every child, family, member of the staff, and visitor experiences a feeling of community, feels comfortable and confident in who they are, and is encouraged to reach their full potential.

The services are provided by St Albans Early Learning Centre learning communities. This implies that everyone associated with St Albans Early Learning Centre—children, families, employees, and management—is dedicated to continuing their education throughout their lives. St Albans Early Learning Centre has established leadership positions including trainer, academic master, and advisor to help with this. The emergent curriculum theory is embraced by St Albans Early Learning Centre for children’s education.

In our opinion, the following goals and ideals are of paramount significance. Educators support these goals through their discussion part, everyday tasks, and instructional programs. We think that every child has a right to a dependable, high degree of self where everyone may feel safe and content. Every parent and child, in our opinion, needs a supportive, qualified approach that respects confidentiality.

We believe and Concentrate on

  • Some children need a special type of care due to their special needs, no matter what kind of childcare aspect it is.
  • Helping all the children to function in that diverse society successfully, so a program must support no matter what the family community is, every child’s pride must be supported.
  • The growth of every child must be regularly monitored, assessed, and followed up on. The educational opportunities must be pertinent to the child’s unique needs and strengths. Additionally, the program needs to be adaptable, allowing for impulsive decisions, and include parents continuously with feedback and participation.
  • The physical and interpersonal environment should provide a high standard of dietary, physical health, and safety criteria.
  • The course must be supported by the current conceptual framework and address current home and social challenges. As a result, we will constantly work to integrate instructional strategies and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
  • Gender equity should be supported and encouraged in a bias-free atmosphere.
  • Every child should be supported in developing a healthy sense of self, and this support should be evident in daily care. We shall always support social equality, respect for one another, confidence in one another, teamwork, and shared accountability.
  • Every child and family has a special relationship. We shall cherish this and recognize the values and viewpoints of different families. We will constantly work to meet the requirements and desires of the family and, in addition, to foster their feeling of community at the childcare facility.
  • The best care can only be provided when everyone works well together. It is important to respect all caregivers’ expertise, principles, and resources. Positive teamwork will result from effective communication.
